Is there a list on the CFAI website of the material that was added to the curriculum this year? I tried looking and was unable to find anything. There was a debate in one thread over whether structural and reduced form models were new for this year or not, and I was wondering what else was added this year? I wanted to mark these section for final review on Friday.

The structural/reduced form model stuff is the same as last year in the credit reading, that is the only reading that is the same in fixed income. Other concepts within fixed income are the same but have been moved into the new readings. For example effective duration is not a new concept, it has just been moved into a different reading.
