deleted, since ZB threw down the “against the spread” challenge

Straight winners picks are easy. Here are my picks with the spreads:

Kansas City at Philadephia - Philly by 3.5

Houston at Baltimore - Houston by 1

NY Giants at Carolina - no line

Green Bay at Cincinattie - Green Bay by 1

St. Lous at Dallas - Dallas by 3.5

Cleveland at Minnesota - Minnesota by 5.5

Tampa Bay at New England - NE by 9

Arizona at New Orleans - NO by 9

San Diego at Tennessee - Tennessee by 3

Detroit at Washington - Washington by 1

Atlanta at Miami - no line

Buffalo at NY Jets - Jets by 1

Indianapolis at San Francisco - SF by 11.5 - SF will come with a vengence

Jacksonville at Seattle - Seattle by 19.5 - Seattle will still cover. Jags are an embarassment to the NFL

Chicago at Pittsburgh - Chicago by 1.5 - Pittsburgh is in a mess

Oakland at Denver - Denver by 15.5

UPSET OF THE WEEK: Detroit over Washington

Since ZB says we have to pick against the spreads…

Kansas City at Philadephia - Philly by 3.5 (KC wins straight up)

Houston at Baltimore - Houston by 1

NY Giants at Carolina - no line

Green Bay at Cincinatti - Green Bay by 1 (Cin-cin wins straight up)

St. Lous at Dallas - Dallas by 3.5 (Dallas will win, but won’t cover.)

Cleveland at Minnesota - Minnesota by 5.5

Tampa Bay at New England - NE by 9 (NE will win, but won’t cover.)

Arizona at New Orleans - NO by 9 (NO will win, but won’t cover.)

San Diego at Tennessee - Tennessee by 3

Detroit at Washington - Washington by 1

Atlanta at Miami - no line

Buffalo at NY Jets - Jets by 1

Indianapolis at San Francisco - SF by 11.5 (SF won’t cover the spread.)

Jacksonville at Seattle - Seattle by 19.5 (ZB and I can agree on this one.)

Chicago at Pittsburgh - Chicago by 1.5

Oakland at Denver - Denver by 15.5

Lets track our picks agains the spread from week 3 on.

Pencil me in for 16-0 this week.

Noted.

Anybody else in on this action?

Just FYI…

Spreads moved. Denver’s now 16.5 point favorite (up from 15.5) and Seattle’s now 19 point favorite (down from 19.5).

(If you want to pick against the spread, pick against the original posted above. But it sounds like everybody’s too chcknsht to pick, though.)

So tonight is Andy Reid’s return to Phithadelphia.

Go Chiefs!!!

It’s kind of funny, here in Philly there’s a Chiefs bar where they are treating today with a Super Bowl like atmosphere…f’n weird.

In today’s game, Nate Allen intercepts a slant, runs the wrong way for a safety (no pun intended). Brah couldn’t cover a SPY call with 1000% collateral. He is just that bad.

Shady McCoy tears it up.

DJax realizes you shouldn 't talk smack when you weigh 145. Talks smack anyway, catches passes out of bounds due to fear of being broken in half.

On D, it’s going to be all about disguising the pass rush. Unfortunately, I think Smith is smart enough to see most of what the Birds will throw at them. Second most important thing is LIMIT THE PENALTIES. Below 5 defensive flags and the Birds have a decent chance.

GO IGGLES!

7-8 for me

8-7 for greenie

disastrous week

Still true, ZB?

This week was rough. Looks like there’s definitely a power shift going on right now. Packers losing to Cincy? Carolina sunking Eli?

BTW, I’d take even odds Eli gets hurt next week.
