Whenever I have questions, I call CFAI and find them to have great customer service. I’m sure this could be resolved in five minutes over the phone.

What do you mean when you say you haven’t received any genuine replies?

next time you call cfai ask for QQQBBBE, he resolves all my issues

Try to call them multiple times a day, that way they will know you mean business.

I have called them multiple times ,they would always give the same reply in the following sequence:

1)CFA representitive:Sir may i know your CFA ID number,Date of birth and Email id?

Me: Yes sure:**********************************************************************

2)CFA representitive :Sir we are processing your request your account will be updated soon.Any thing else i can do for you?

Me:No ,thanks but please update my account.

3)CFA representitive:Surely.Have a nice day. smiley

Me:Thanks.

Today they even send me an email:

Thank you for contacting us about your CFA Program payment. I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. I have contacted our Registration and Revenue Department and have confirmed we are still processing your payment. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days to process your payment. Once we have processed your payment we will contact you by email.

Please contact us again if you have any further questions or requests.

So what’s the issue? It sounds like everything is fine dude. If I were you I wouldn’t be worrying at all.

Ya, now i have no issues at all. CFAI took 10 days to reply to my requests but i am really glad that at last (after 10+ phone calls and 5+ mails from my side) every thing seems fine.

I wonder if all the phone calls and emails were necessary or if this would have just happened on its own…

Jesus, good luck with Level II if you can’t work out how to complete a simple payment process autonomously.

I know the problem may have gotten solved on its own but atleast CFAI should have notified me to wait for 2 weeks!!!

They told me to wait for 2 -3 days and then finally solved my problem after 2 weeks.So i think the phone calls and emails were not a waste of time.
