NO TIME OFF WORK!

Whom of you have NO TIME OFF WORK for studying? I originally reserved 1.5 weeks off but , as a first time project manager, my first projects are due on June 7th and 2 others due in 14th!~ On top of that, I also drive the actual work not just doing bs management. I talked to my manager, he said I should take the time off and find somebody else to do my work… but I dont want to do that… I am really looking to do well in this exam without taking time off… is this possible or am i just dreaming??

first mock exam just completed -> 58%

Being a manager means delegating responsibility. You just failed the first test. Seriously… your own manager said you should find a way to get some time off. So what are you asking us for?

imo, bad idea monki. if no benefit at all in terms of learning new stuff (which I doubt), your brain needs to be fresh and relaxed before the exam

I only have the Friday before off, and I wont be studying that day. So im with you.

I only get one free study day off and that’s all I’m taking. Depends on how prepared you feel, but I don’t think it’s necessary to take full week(s) off.

I’m using my own vacation time to have a week off. My wife is very understanding and wants me to pass to get this shit out of my system.

I have Friday off as well. I’ll probably use it to study as I have always done

everyone is different. for myself the last week (sat thru thurs) is essential.

I think the last week is priceless – I cram all the worthles sh*t into my head, like GIPS and other lists, knowing that it will be difficult to forget the information over just a few days. Thursday before the exam is probably my best study day of the entire year.

Crazy. I take two weeks. The last minute cramming is essential. I would rather use a couple weeks of vacation time than go through another year of having study guilt on my mind and a future exam hanging over my head. Even if I don’t need the time, I take as much as possible if not just for insurance. The competition is so stiff at this level.

Same here. The last two years for L1 and L2 I hadn’t scored decently yet and on Thursday before the exam I managed to do a 70+ score and here I am, at L3. Never change a winning concept…

i feel like i have been cramming for the past two weeks (headache every night and can’t fall asleep from being so overstimulated) and the last two weeks i expect will be worse but hopefully things will come together because like you monki, i’m getting around the high 50’s unlike most of the super achievers on this forum :frowning:
