have to assume NK is coming to DJT hat in hand if they are giving up leverage, before sitting down to the negotiating table. In truth, the deal has already been made, so this is a great sign of how the negotiations went.
i wouldnt count your chickens before they hatch, but certainly its a good sign for the people of NK (which is who the real losers of this whole affair have been over the last few decades)
