Does anyone know what the salary range is for an associate PM position outside of Chicago? More specifically in the West Coast? Thanks.
Corporate culture is slow bureaucracy that is typical of most old school money managers. Currently (year 2007), employee morale is quite low and there seems to be more exodus of employees than hiring frenzy. If you do consider Northern Trust, be sure to negotiate good signing bonus, because (unless you are applying for Sales position) you may not get bonuses. 65-75k
