Well, no one’s getting their results yet so either we’re all stupid or they’re not out yet…
I got my L1 results pretty early last June as well.
Same thing happened to me to the tune of about a 3 hr difference.
Edit to add: Though I will say that I was seeing plenty of people say they failed along with the passers early on in the results thread last year, so it’s not 100%. If I don’t get my email within the next hour when all of the passers post their results I am going to assume a band 10 fail and hope to be surprised.
i passed and found out 3 hours after release, pretty sure CFAI have rubbished the rumour they split emails by pass and fail before
I got my Level 1 pass result at 12:59 pm ET … it was the worst watching everyone post their pass results knowing for sure that the ones who passed got their emails first but clearly that’s not the case

My friend got hers, she passed
Passed. Less than 50% on Alt Inv and Quant. Between 51-70 on Ethical and Fixed Income. Over 70% on CF, Derivatives, Econ, Equity, FR&A, and Portfolio Management.
For all those who didn’t pass I feel for you. Review your study strategies and improve on them for next June. Best of luck!
