PASSED 1st attempt! No More Exams!!!
Passed! Three in Three! Breakdown was much better than I expected (especially Ethics, which I have no aptitude for, sadly). Congrats to all passers! And commiserations and best of luck for next time, for those that didn’t make it.
Now just gotta hope they don’t introduce a L4…

2014 June CFA III failed
27 female and married, I thought I could finally get my family life back.but no, another year of work/study fatigue.
you guys can study while have babies but I don’t think that’s an option for me.
Yeah you can. Female, married, 29 y.o. here.
June 2012 - My baby is 7 months old, I sat CFA Level-1 exam. Passed with All >70%.
June 2013 - First baby is 1.8 years, I’m 8 months pregnant. Sat CFA Level-2 exam. Passed.
June 2014 - Two babies, husband, household duties. Sat CFA Level-3 exam. Passed.
Do not postpone babies and family, darling. I managed to start and finish my charter while on maternity leave. If I could do it, you can do it, too. I had no help with the babies until 1 month before each exam, when I asked my parents to babysit full-time.
Women CAN and SHOULD have it all, right?
Respect, hats off!
^^ Respect x 2!

F*****g h**l man, you absolutely smashed it, well done.
I’ve never seen a level 3 matrix with anywhere near that many >70s. that performance evaluation item set was bs anyway.
thats some pass matrix.awe inspiring.
Hats off!!!

Glad to see that many of the regulars passed, especially CPK and the Gringo. Congrats!
To all of you with 10 or 20 AF points I say, stop spamming.
Thanks man, congrats on passing.
I really struggled with motivation for level 3 for some reason so logging into AF and seeing everyone else’s progress really spurred me on.
I have been visiting this forum since June 2012 (after writing L1) and reading comments. I just created an account to share that I passed level 3. Congratulations everyone who passed!

gringo\_bob:Passed. thanks fecking god for that! What an agonising wait that was this afternoon.
bit of a mixed bag but I did a lot better than I thought to be honest. I knew I flunked the 1st institutional and rebalancing question but I thought I’d screwed up FI as well, I didn’t even really know what they were getting at with that question. And what was the deal with the morning Economics question, I was sure I got full marks on that, I’m looking forward to seeing the template answers when they are released…
Afternoon was messy, ethics was a crap shoot as ever and I’m not sure what happened with that performance item set.
Anyway, massive congratulations to all that passed and commiserations to all that failed, all the best for next year.
So glad it’s all over. And now, to drink!
many congratulations. for you and cgottuso I knew you guys were going to make it through easily
Thanks man, congrats on passing.
and congrats to cgottuso, i thought it was fitting that you were the 1st to post a result in this thread.

Thanks for taking some valuable time out of your hectic day to provide such an insightful post to this Forum.
passed…thank…god!
My 40/60/80 scores on the AM were 66 and for PM it was 58. Used my calculator mentioned in a previous thread to check how well I did - Passed by the skin of my teeth! Estimated to be about 53 percentile amongst test takers. (so if the passing rate had been 47% instead of 54% I might have flunked). If anyone else wants to see an estimate of their rough (calculator has it’s data limitations - see blog) relative standing amongst all test takers they could enter thier 40/60/80 scores at
