I know someone in China got karoshi in PWC in China in March. They always worked overnight and when she was in the operation room, what her manager called was " when can she send me the audit working paper ?"
Schweser Mock Exam AM - 61% PM - 75% Schweser Volume 2 - Exam 2 AM - 65% PM - 75% Schweser Volume 2 - Exam 3 AM - 65% PM - 77% CFAI Sample 1 - 73% (the wording on these questions is challenging) CFAI Sample 2 - 76% (this test was a bit better, but not sure why on one answer they say Net Return required)

I started studying in october, 8 hrs per week. january to april, 12 hours per week. the last four weeks total of 100 hours. I guess that puts me at about 300 hours.

You askin’ me? January 1st I celebrated new years with my head in someone’s toilet January 2nd I recovered from that January 3rd I started studying. Maybe 15 hours a week (2 hrs/day on weekdays, 5 hrs video review on weekends) x 18 Study Sessions = 270 Hours 10 Hours / Day for past 2 weeks = 140 hours Total 410 Hours?
How hard is the actual pm session vs schweser anyhow for those of you who have done it before? Thanks. Edit: sorry i know this question is hard to answer… Im just freaking out right now…

Oh BTW, got 80% in Schweser PM. COME GET SOME
I got above 80% in both Schweser practice exams 1 and 2 (volume 1) but exam 3 absolutely raped me. Anyone else find Schweser practice exam 3 from volume 1 insanely hard?
I get 93% in practice 3 and I find haven’t improved through its tests. some answers are not consistent breakeven need’t consider currency I think and in other tests they said callable bond trade at premium , I think it is wrong for only when market rate below coupon rate it will trade at premium we can state callable bonds ask premium price relative to bullet bond CFAI mock is better EOC is better I think the real test is test your knowledge but not some word trick
Despite horrible reviews everyone, I thought i’d give the BSAS mock a go since i had it. I can agree that the thing was full of errors and questions that I could never imagne CFA asking. Strngly recommend people stay away from BSAS in the futurer. Got a 68 overall but not exactly a confidence booster this close to the game.

I never wanted to take that after the feedback on this forum afterwards. Wouldnt let it get your confidence down.
Bunch of bs this morning and studying did not commence until 1. Having a baby and being a landlord is really not a good combo right about now. Not to mention my day job. Anyway… Stalla Practice Exam #2 AM 75% Did not feel that it was really representative of what the reall exam would be like. Some of the questions were worded extremely poorly like “make up an example”. Also, some of the answers did not directly refer to the details that were in the setup. Feel OK, but still behind for today. Going to be a long one. Was going to do the BSAS exam tomorrow, but due to the universally bad reviews I will likely just peruse it late tomorrow or Thursday.
Did CFAI 2011 mock this morning, netted an 83%. Can’t seem to improve any further on PM section. Any past retakers can comment if the CFAI 2011 mock is representative of the actual PM sessions?
I’m getting like 80’s for the Schweser/Mock PM’s… but getting like low 70’s for AM, get nailed EVERYTIME for writing a IPS. It’s like there’s something new about every single one? wtf~

It’s like there’s > something new about every single one? wtf~ exactly same situation as me. Also dont actually understand how to mark my AM answers. It asks for 2 points and its worth 4% and then answer is a sentences - what actually is needed for the full 4% IPS they keep presenting this overly expansive cashflow accounting tables with t0 and t1 etc. what do they expect for the full IPS marks?
