CFAI 2007 - 67% CFAI 2008 - 73% CFAI 2009 - 74% CFAI 2010 - 76% CFAI 2011 PM mock - yet to take. I Hope I can keep the momentum and peak this Saturday. Also, not too fussed about 2007 as the curriculum has changed quite a bit since then
Schweser Exam 2 --63% (overall) Schweser Exam 3–54% overall CFAI 2011 Mock PM -54% CFAI 2010 Mock AM --65% CFAI 2009 Mock AM–59% I know I am way behind compared to the scores posted on this thread, but I never even hit 65 during L2 prep as well. Just sharing my result so people who are scoring like me know there is someone around like them Will revise whatever I have studied in next 3-4 days and give my best shot come the D-day.
This thread is making me sick. hatsoff to folks who are scoring so well
I did last mock today, CFAI 2010 AM + CFAI 2011 Mock PM with 30 minutes break between them, 1 hour break afterwards and grading, finished just now I spent 2 hours 50 minutes for each. Both AM and PM made me very nervous. In AM the tax question 1 was very new to me, also that fixed income immmunization in question 6A was a little bit tricky (had to think about it more how to solve it) - is this covered in a blue box in the book at all? results: AM 77 % PM 85 %
Hi all, I am new to the forum. Good to hear that I am not that bad after all… Schweser Book 1 Exam 1 AM: 69% Schweser Book 1 Exam 1 PM: 68% Schweser Book 1 Exam 2 AM: 60% Schweser Book 1 Exam 2 PM: 80% Schweser Book 1 Exam 3 AM: 73% Schweser Book 1 Exam 3 PM: 77% CFA Mock 60%, but I did really bad, with pain in my teeth and finishing 1 hour in advance. When I saw the answer I could have easily bumped up at least 8 or 9 with more attention. Need to go to a dentist… don’t want to make the exam with my teeth hurting a lot.
Decided to cram in one more exam, Schweser Book 2. No more exams, just review from here on out with special attention to “Question 1”, institutional, and parts of risk managment. I feel like I am a band 9 to band “12”, so to speak. CFAI 08: 68% CFAI 09: 76% CFAI 10: 70% CFAI 11 mock: 70% Schweser 1 AM: 72% Schweser 1 PM: 72% Schweser 2 AM: 74% Schweser 2 PM: 77% Schweser 3 AM: 73% Schweser 3 PM: 77% Schweser 4 AM: 76% Schweser 4 PM: 77%

No worries Acer. I was in the same boat on L2 - I think I only passed one or two mocks out of 4 or 5 that I took and passed the exam with room. I’m more worried for L3, but in the hopes of boosting other folks’ spirits, my mocks: Schweser Volume 1 Mock 1: 46.6% (YEAH BABY, LOOKIN’ GOOD) Schweser Volume 1 Mock 2: 63% (Essays: 56%, Multiple Choice: 70%) Going to shoot for taking two more this week and continue my fairly brutal study schedule (up at 5AM, study pre-work, stop work abruptly at 5:30 and switch to studying till about 9-10. Only real study breaks are sleeping and working out. 5 days to go…
Done with exams. CFAI 05: 60% CFAI 06: 75% CFAI 07: 68% CFAI 08: 66% CFAI 09: 76% CFAI 10: 73% CFAI 11 mock: 75% Schweser 1 AM: 73% Schweser 1 PM: 82% Schweser 2 AM: 69% Schweser 2 PM: 80% Schweser 3 AM: 59% Schweser 3 PM: 80% Can’t wait until Saturday afternoon… Good luck to all!

CFAI 2011 Mock: 70% WTF. Can’t crack 70% the last 2 days on CFAI materials. Question #9 was a complete kick in the nutz and I netted a 2/6. I guess on the bright side my scores have been consistent. Back to the lab…

Took all 6 x 2010 Schweser Practice Tests. Practice Test 1 PM: 65% Practice Test 2 PM: 73% Practice Test 3 PM: 70% Practice Test 4 PM: 72% Practice Test 5 PM: 70% Practice Test 6 PM: 73% Today: CFA 2010 Mock PM - 78%. (50% on Ethics, 85% on everything else) Anyone else think that one was easy? Of course, I took the AM exams, but I am a very hard grader and am scoring in the 50s on those…who knows how they will grade?
Okay seriously how are you all doing so well? I’m not asking because I’m frustrated but out of genuine curiosity… How much time did you guys put in this exam?

My studying dropped off a bit in March since I found myself working until 1 in the morning most nights, but I still found the energy to read Secret Sauce on the subway in the morning. That was painful.

That was painful. Which firm, my wife just took a job with a bank from PWC. I admire anyone who can work long-term at the Big 4, if it were up to me, my wife would have been gone in 6 months. The good thing is the pay is good when you leave to one of your clients… On a side note, what side are you on? Internal? My wife never took the CFA because we were always under the impression that the work experience wasn’t going to count because of the whole “Active in the investment process.” Have you got your work experience approved?
