Please note I have my wife grade all my exams as she is fairly objective (big four auditor). Also note MN winters are great for the CFA and I have consistently gotten 25 hours a week since September. CFA Mock Exam PM: 83.33% 50/60. 4 wrong in Ethics, had not read it yet. CFA 2008 AM Exam: 75% Individual and Institutional, wasn’t really 100% how they wanted things phrased, rest of the test saved me however. CFA 2009 AM Exam 84% Taking 2007 today and 2010 next weekend. Schweser Book 1 Exam 1 AM: 82% AA investment due diligence requirements, now memorized. Schweser Book 1 Exam 1 PM: 85% Schweser Book 1 Exam 2 AM: 83% Schweser Book 1 Exam 2 PM: 90% Schweser Book 1 Exam 3 AM: Went really well. My wife gave me in the 90’s. I had it at 90 take 5-10% off based on guidelines still mid low-mid 80s. Probably an order of magnitutde easier than anything else I have taken so far. Seemed to be pure regurgitation of their flash cards and I had just spent 4 days by the pool doing flash cards 6 hours a day.

Exam > 3 Sat. I highly recommend flash cards for GIPS. If you crank them for 3-4 hours, you should have it dead.
Schweser book 1, exam 3 on Saturday: Morning, 67% Afternoon, 83% I finished the afternoon thinking i’d totally flunked it and then came out with 83. Not a happy bunny.
If anyone has Schweser practice exams volume 2- 2009 or volume 1- 2010, I’ll appreciate having them mailed to me on: deepforesttt@yahoo.com. Thank you. My result on Exam 2 AM session volume 1-2009 is 48-49%. Pretty low, but it’s my second test. I gave up doing Q’bank- too easy questions and nothing to do with the other practice exams. For level 3 it’s a waist of time in my opinion.

Schweser 2011 Exam #1: AM = 69%, PM = 78%, Total = 74% Did anyone else find this exam much easier compared to the other Schweser exams???

I took the exams in a weird order. I did S1 first, then switched over to book 2. Not sure why I did that looking back, but owell. S1 AM - N/A, used this to get my feet wet. Looks to be about 55% S1 PM - 58% S2 AM - 78% S2 PM - 77% S3 AM - 83% S3 PM - 75% S4 AM - N/A, same reasons as S1. Probably around 55-57% S4 PM - 67% S5 AM - 61% S5 PM - 68% S6 AM - 71% S6 PM - 72% CFAI I - 63% CFAI II - 77% CFAI III - 67% CFAI Mock - 62% Haven’t taken the samples yet.

Yes, but it will be close. My schweser scores showed a pretty distinct upward curve. However, I am a little uneasy after taking the CFAI exams… scores were all over the place and the mock def. knocked my confidence down a tad. On timing, for the morning I usually finish w/ about 10min to spare; afternoon, I have about 30-45min.
