In order of completion: 2010 Schweser Book 2 Test 1 AM 66 PM 68 2010 Schweser Book 1 Test 1 AM 63 PM 65 2010 Schweser Book 1 Test 2 AM 70 CFAI 2007 AM: 62 CFAI 2011 PM: 78 CFAI 2008 AM: 73 (took 4 hours but was answering random work emails throughout) I don’t know how I feel about this… I feel all over the map. Going to do all of 2011 Book1 Test 1 tomorrow at the library with real timing.

Schweser 1 AM - 55% Schweser 1 PM - 73% Schweser 2 AM - 64% CFA 2011 Sample 1 - 83% Schweser 2 PM - 80% Schweser 3 AM - 73% (marked as 74 in last post, but was actually a 73) CFAI 2011 Sample 2 - 83% Schweser 3PM - 82% … CFA 2008 - 60 CFA 2009 - 68 CFA Mock 2011 - 67% (also took CFA 2010 AM today, but have yet to grade it). I think I may be a little too hard on myself with partial credit, but I guess it’s better safe than sorry. What’s been the average score on the 2011 mock?
Schweser Book 1 Exam 1 AM: 72% Schweser Book 1 Exam 1 PM: 72% Schweser Book 1 Exam 2 AM: 74% Schweser Book 1 Exam 2 PM: 77% Schweser Book 1 Exam 3 AM: 73% Schweser Book 1 Exam 3 PM: 77% CFAI mock: 70% CFAI 08: 68% CFAI 09: 76% CFAI 10: 70% What I have learned: #1 I cannot afford to make silly mistakes, like writing 6 instead of 8 or not reading question thoroughly (This rule only applies to the morning because there is no answer to select from to realize error in equation). #2 There always seems to be one morning item set that will blow me up so rule number 1 is very important in order to compensate. #3 I think taxes and global performance attribution might be important to know come Saturday, but that is just a big guess. Maybe one more Schweser practice exam on Monday but the rest of my time will be used to review exams and flashcards.

I think 2006 AM is relatively simple , 2003 AM is harder

I wouldn’t go below 2008 for the whole exam. Curriculum has changed a lot since then. 67% seems fine if it is honest. I think there is a lot of partial credit given by most people. Seeing as you took it before you understand there is very little partial credit. Having said all that I never had 2006. Only 2001-2005 and 2007-2010.
Yea I’ll be honest that I was getting a bit frustrated because of two not so great exams in a row so I gave myself 1-2 marks here or there… but was also pretty harsh on myself in other areas… bottom line it was for sure above a 60 though. It’s funny because at the beginning of the exam I mark myself way too harshly and by the end I want to feel better so I am a bit nicer haha.
how far back are you guys going for past exams…? i think the curriculum has changed quite a bit since 2007 are exams before that still reflective of the current syllabus?

CFA Sample #2 70% Still leaving some points on the table by pure stupidity.
I dont think you can put to much weight on 2007 - 2009 exams. still good practice for IPS and other basic stuff.

Schweser Volume 2 - Exam 2 AM - 65% PM - 75% I guess a low but passing score for now. Hope things can only improve from here.

Schweser Volume 1 2010: Exam 1 - AM: 80%, PM: 76% Exam 2 - AM: 84%, PM: 78% Am getting concerned that my PM papers are not doing worst than my AM papers. Is it just me or does anyone else find Ethics harder at level 3?
Schweser Online Mock - morning 73-90% depending on harsh / normal marking. Was easily done in 2 hours, the tax question messed me up hard otherwise would have been an amazing score. Worth the $49 just for that question and that 2 year before retirement one.
