For some reasons not known to us , CFAI doesn’t seem to like candidates preparing with more than 3 years worth of exams. Any speculations as to why ?

they probably don’t want to deal with the bulsh!t of having to explain curriculum changes as the exams get less and less relevant to the current material.

I would only focus on the IPS cases on the older exams.
