It was subjective, but for the Bank IPS question that had farmers and potential drought… Schweser did not include the drought as a unique constraint. The Bank’s loan portfolio was heavily concentrated to farmers, and with a drought, obviously many of those farmers would end up in default. That would hurt the bank’s profitability, and more importantly its liquidity; the bank would need to move funds from its securities portfolio to increase the allowance for loan loss reserves.
