When politics are involved: Dems are guilty and Republicans are being attacked by the deep state
When evidence and the courts are involved: Dems tend to go free and Republicans tend to go to jail.
You can really justify it however you want, but almost all of Trumps campaigning team is/was/will be in jail. Whereas, HRC, DWS, Her IT guy that somehow is also guilty, McCabe, Comey, et al. are all free.
