You know actually, I have found the healthiest sandwich is to:
a) Buy 100% whole wheat bread b) Buy chunky natural peanut butter (or natural creamy if you like) (ingredients: should only be peanuts) c) Use fresh berries or frozen berries (microwave them) - This step is much healthier than jelly. I prefer rasberries.
Only one food ages to perfection by lunchtime.
