Pending acquisitions - where do I find this?

Does anyone know where I can find a list of the acquisitions/mergers of public companies that have been announced but have yet to close? Thanks.

I don’t know if there’s a concise source that’s readily available to the public. I’ve been searching for sites like this for a while, also sites that list pharma companies and their drugs in the pipeline (specifically what stage they’re in for approval). Seems like there’s an opp for an entrepreneur that wants to start an equity research site for concise/categorized info. Not like morningstar but something that categorizes speculative plays…who’s in???

Not sure what the function is, but they get sent to me via NLRT setups (so, just check the CN function for any target/acquirer and you should be able to find it by searching for “Arbitrage Spreads”
