What’s the deal with these guys lately? Is anyone else getting frequent and communications from them trying to sign you up for their investment management service? They’ve called me like 4 times over the past few months and today I got invited to some cruise party or something. I keep telling them that I don’t want to pay the 75 bp or whatever, but they keep coming back.
Oh man you got on one of the spam lists. I’m on a few and they’re basically the herpes of the internet, once you have it, you can never get rid of it. I’ve threatened to sue to get taken off the lists but that has gone nowhere. If I had a big fund with a budget I probably would sue. I don’t give out my email to anyone except close friends and companies that I email for meetings, so I assume companies are selling incoming shareholder emails (wtf, that’s shady).
I have a good Web of spam email addresses to prevent this stuff.
