in 2013, I played 400 hours of World of Warcraft. When I realized it was equal to 1 level of the CFA I told my guild that I was quitting for career obligations.
I don’t plan on giving up on the CFA, but let’s just say I know what the first thing I’d do is if I had another 1000 hours to spare.
I’ve started playing Battlefield 4 after this horrible COD release. I normally only play on weekends and often early mornings, since I generally am up before everyone else.
Every once in a great while, I’ll abandon as many priorities as I can and hole up in my bedroom and play an entire Final Fantasy or Dragon Warrior game in one week, but that’s about it.
Ha ha, just means you need some efficiency! I don’t remember if I posted it in this thread or not, but first person shooters do have mental benefits. Instead of gaming, just call it brain exercising.
I only play strategy or first person shooters. I don’t really watch media unless it’s something I want to see. I prefer active entertainment. Most people want to be passively entertained by turning on the TV. I think it’s true that you can get benefit from gaming.
I used to play a lot when at Uni but since then I’ve only played GTA and Fifa whenever they come out for a bit. Gave that up when I started the CFA and tried having a go again when I finished, had a go at Fifa, GTA V and COD but couldn’t get into them at all, almost felt like work.
^^^ The battery on my phone is dying and CoC draws so much power that my phone shuts off when I play unless it’s plugged in. I’m still waiting for a response to my request for outlets in the stalls.
