Why is pork shoulder called pork butt? Doesn’t this name make is sound worse?
Once a week I eat a 1lb pulled pork southern BBQ mustard based sandwich to keep the calories high. Delicious.
Hmm, I don’t like the bread aspect.
Every Sunday I make like two pounds of pork ribs and eat them all. Use a cast iron dutch oven thing, coat ribs in spices, lots of olive oil in pan, put ribs in, put about 1 inch water so they don’t burn. Cover and simmer for 3hrs. PA’s paleo ribs, no sugar or bread, just meat!

- chili powder, 4tsp
- cayenne, 1tsp
- garlic powder, 1tsp
- black pepper, 2tsp
- salt, 2tsp
Gross.
Pork chops don’t belong in a sandwich!
Pork tenderloin pounded thin, breaded and fried and then on a bun with some good mustard works for me.
Pulled pork sandwich? Yes. Thinly sliced pork sandwich (Tony Luke’s in Philly)? Yes. Pork chop sandwich? No thanks.

I’d eat pork of any kind out of a dumpster. Inside a sandwich isn’t my first choice but the idea that I’d turn it down is laughable. Bring it on.

What you are describing is commonly called at cutlet as is indeed delicious. It’s basically Wiener schnitzel in a sandwich.
Pork chop sandwiches are pretty much the same thing as a pork tender sandwich. Basically what Higgs described. Pork pounded thin and fried. Add toppings - usually lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, mayo, and mustard. Damn I’m hungry.
Yeah I’m real hungry. I’ll take four immediately.
