the one who emailed all his client a recommendation to buy, and then buy a lot into his discretionary account. what he violate? by the way, how doee discretionary account play a role here? Thanks.
I said he had no violation. Disseminated the info and had done the proper research to make a reasonable case to buy afterwards
i said he violated for trading in his own account so soon, don’t remember the exact violation, something from duties to clients
