Powerpoint

Does anyone else drive for an hour to sit at a desk all day and shuffle slides around in presentation decks? Asking for a friend.

I just walk downstairs and do it.

I do battle with RiskIntegrity (IFRS 17 for actuaries and accountants). If I had to do PowerPoints on top of that, I would set my hair on fire.

I mean. I don’t want to come off like I believe that I’m above the work. I am not. I am thankful that I have a job. However. MBA and 10 years of experience. Sub $100k. Very sub. And 90% of my time is spent on marketing material. Forget hair on fire. I’d like to slam my johnson in a door.

Start creating real value for your organization. If you don’t know how, ask. If you are cynical on this advice, that’s likely part of the issue. The door thing won’t help matters, don’t do it.

Today I’m formatting a Word doc.

An entire Word document?

If so, be sure to stretch first, warm up, and cool down gradually.

And hydrate.

…and I asked for that to be on my desk an hour ago. What are you doing wasting time posting on this forum? Snap to it! No more warnings!
