I pulled the list from L2 last year and adjusted it for the weights for this year. I lumped in alternative assets with Equity so if you want to break it out it would look like this: - Derivatives 36 - - - - Economics 18 - - - - Quantitative Analysis 18 - - - - Equity Analysis 72 - - - - Alternative Assets 18 - - - - Ethical & Professional Stnds. 36 - - - - Financial Statement Analysis 108 - - - - Fixed Income Analysis 36 - - - - General Portfolio Management 18 - - -

Level 2: ??? The table below illustrates your subject matter strengths and weaknesses. The three columns on the right are marked with asterisks to indicate your performance on each question or topic area. Item Set Q# Topic Max Pts <=50% 51%-70% >70% - Derivatives 36 - - * - Economics 18 - - * - Equity Analysis 90 - * - - Ethical & Professional Stnds. 36 - - * - Financial Statement Analysis 108 - * - - Fixed Income Analysis 36 - * - - General Portfolio Management 18 - - * - Quantitative Analysis 18 - - *

if you guys are serious about these scores, i’m in trouble. cfasf1- funny on FI, usually one of my worst, I think i went 10/12. i’d be shocked if i were under +70% on it vs the answers we’ve confirmed here.

Arn’t we getting a little ahead of ourselves here? I think myself and the rest of us here need to take a break for awhile…this is getting a little nuts.

I can’t, for the life of me, understand why this thread even exists.

Smarshy I totally agree with you, it’s pointless and does not change anything…

No harm in posting how you think you did. It’s no less pointless than discussing the questions after the fact. I second jalmy’s statement - if this bothers you perhaps its time to take a break and forget about the exam for a while.

i’m just passing the time. it’ll be fun to see how “off” i was vs how i thought i did.

Level 2: Not sure … I hope I pass … if I do, I know it will be borderline - Derivatives 36 - - * - Economics 18 - - * - Equity Analysis 90 - * - - Ethical & Professional Stnds. 36 - * - - Financial Statement Analysis 108 - * - - Fixed Income Analysis 36 - * - - General Portfolio Management 18 - * - - Quantitative Analysis 18 - - *

This post should have been called the “August CFA (Subprime?) Program Meltdown/Writedown”. Talk of highly deep-out-of-the-money results…

Who do we write to (Fed?) to bail us out of this scarethread…?

I was informed by CFAI that I made the first perfect score ever on Level 2. Due to the perfect score, I will not be required to sit for Level 3. Look for more details in the coming months on their website or just use this link www.cfainstitute.org/prodigy. I’m a genius.

Any last minute guesses? Below is the template. Insert '*'s where appropriate. Level 2: ____ The table below illustrates your subject matter strengths and weaknesses. Level 2: Pass The table below illustrates your subject matter strengths and weaknesses. I’ve been playing around with my spreadsheet of possiblities all day now (I know, complete waste of time but I can’t stop!) Level 2: ??? IDK, What do you think?? The table below illustrates your subject matter strengths and weaknesses. The three columns on the right are marked with asterisks to indicate your performance on each question or topic area. Item Set Q# Topic Max Pts <=50% 51%-70% >70% - Derivatives 36 - * - - Economics 18 - * - - Equity Analysis 90 - - * - Ethical & Professional Stnds. 36 - - * - Financial Statement Analysis 108 - * - - Fixed Income Analysis 36 - - * - General Portfolio Management 18 * - - - Quantitative Analysis 18 - - * I should come very close to 70%+ on equity and accounting but it could go either way. From a % right basis on the whole thing I should be very close to 70%.

Don’t know where to put Alternative Investment. I guessed three of the six problems. It will be a drag for my performance although I believe I passed. jessieluo Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Level 2: Pass > > The table below illustrates your subject matter > strengths and weaknesses. If you want to break it out it looks like this: - Derivatives 36 - - - - Economics 18 - - - - Quantitative Analysis 18 - - - - Equity Analysis 72 - - - - Alternative Assets 18 - - - - Ethical & Professional Stnds. 36 - - - - Financial Statement Analysis 108 - - - - Fixed Income Analysis 36 - - - - General Portfolio Management 18 - - -
