Pregame breakfast

What is it gonna be? Steak and Eggs? Protein Shake? I figure Im gonna leave my house at around 7:30am so Im gonna need alot of protein to last me to noon and I hear that bathrooms are impossible to get to so no fiber. I’ll probably also down a coffee and eat a protein bar 10min before 9am.

Lots of fruit and cottage cheese… 1/2 NoDoz pill before exam… no coffee… don’t want the breath or the need to pee… if you plan on drinking a bunch of coffee before the test, better wear some Depends!

Have fish for dinner the night before, you’re guaranteed to pass…

I was under the impression that protein shakes make you need to go just as bad? and what’s the logic with needing protein during an exam? i’m confused…

You’re in big trouble CFAI, I eat pieces of sh!t like Level 1 for breakfast! Realistically don’t do anything different than you usually do. Despite what others say about eating, sleeping, drinking, etc; do what works for you. Changing a routine at the last minute may have adverse externalities which would not be of any benefit.

Carbs make you sleep, all if about 10:30 am, you will slow down, protein gives you sustained energy.
