Everyone has been banned. I will wait for a final bill to get signed.
Sally Krawcheck told a conference of investment advisors to deal with it instead of fighting it tooth and nail. She is in a pretty powerful position and will most likely benefit as I believe people will agree with the finer points when they read the bill like they did with the health care bill instead of hating everything that BO comes up with.
