Private Company Valuation

This is the most boring part in the Equity book… Got me bugged

Disagree but thanks for your opinion

Private company valuation is a new topic for 2010 so you can be sure it will be on the exam.

Considering Equity’s huge volume, I think you got burnt out by the time you reached to Pvt equity.

Thanks god Tax wasn’t tested. Would’ve been more sh*t I got wrong.

I agree…the last 10 pages of the reading (and also of EQUITY) and I just can’t do it. Sooooo boring. Equity left me feeling burnt out. I’m going to move on to something totally unrelated, such as Econ or Ethics. I need something to think in terms of something NEW.
