Projects under the stimulus bill

I have looked in the bill and other docs, could not find a list of consolidated projects that will start under the 787B stimulus bill.... Is there a place that list all the projects and the amount?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_Recovery_and_Reinvestment_Act_of_2009 has a pretty detailed breakdown i’m not sure if you’re gonna be able to find a list of the actual private sector companies that will be contracted just yet

Beat me to it. I was going to put up the wsj.com link but yours is better sss.

the cited reference is even more verbose, it doesn’t seem to be divulging more information though http://appropriations.house.gov/pdf/PressSummary02-13-09.pdf

As an example, how do we figure out which companies get contracts for “$27.5 billion for highway construction” If we know who is getting these contracts, we can follow the money for investment opportunities/jobs etc.

Most are still figuring out how to administer the programs.

it’s also a matter of putting out RFPs and see which companies respond to these jobs

$1 billion in preparation for the 2010 census why the hell does this require so much funding
