Yeah. Vo - E/r = PVGO. It’s the difference between the current value and the intrinsic value.

Value = E/R + PVGO You can derive PVGO from that formula.

Just as an aside, it’s the earnings in time 1 to get the value in time 0. I forgot to put that on there, but I knew it, and that’s in no way an indicator that I’m not going to get a 100% tomorrow. Fugg this test.

^ Not that I’ve seen. Just from the equation given above. For growth stocks, PVGO is typically a relatively large portion of Vo :slight_smile:
