When calculating long term debt to assets ratio, why would we not include current portion of long term debt? Is this by definition or is schweser mistaken in this question?
Current liabilities are separate from long term debt right? So for each period a portion of your long term debt converts into a current liability and is excluded from any long term debt amount. Schweser is correct.
