Quantifying organic growth

How can you quantify organic growth if it isn’t explicitly stated on the 10-k? I’m trying to think of a generalized way of finding an answer (obviously doesn’t need to be exact) but keep coming up blank.

Either get the number from an analyst who covers the stock or you’ll have to create a model from scratch and go back out all non-organic growth through acquisitions. I don’t think there is a quick and dirty way of doing this.
