as forum rules i can’t post the questions here i just want to ask in a question said someone pass lv2 CFA and state that he is a candidate for the CFA designation and has passed Level II another one state CFA, lv2 clearly the second one is wrong but why the first one is correct? if he have not registered for CFA level3 exam yet, could he still state that he is a candidate for CFA desugnation?

if he has not registered, then he cannot. If the question doesn’t say that he hasn’t registered, then you assume that he registered immediately after he found out he passed level II
why don’t we assume that he haven’t registered as the question haven’t mention anything i think it makes more sense…
