Question to the CFA charterholders...

Who is paying the annuel dues: you or your employer?

Employer.

Employer

employer

employer

Just renewed my membership using company credit card.

employer

Not a charterholder, but still pay membership dues out of my own pocket. I just love giving money to CFAI.

Whoa really? I paid out of pocket for dues last year (regular member but candidate). I sending this to my boss. Keep posting.

Not a charterholder, but employer pays

My employer… …which would be me…

self. to be reimbursed if i pass.

myself. company doesn’t give a @#$% on my CFA title…

I would bet if you are front office or work anywhere where the CFA designation is relevant then they (the employer) should pay for it. If you work in IT and you have the CFA designation, then they probably would not pay.

wrong. i’m an equity analyst. i don’t think they would give the charter to someone in IT. but anyway, it’s not about the industry, it’s the company…

Highly unlikely, but not impossible.
