Maybe it’s just me, but has anyone else come across some oddly written questions, either in the CFAI curriculum or Schweser Notes? I won’t paste in any questions, but one ethics question I came across didn’t make it clear whether the analyst in question actually took action or was considering it, then asked whether a violation had taken place.
Ethics questions can be a little vague at times. At times I couldn’t understand why the answer I thought was right was actually wrong. The questions in the exam are clearer though.
It does happen alot. Practice from CFAI texts will make you know how the CFA Institute thinks.
