You need to get your priorities straight if you even consider quitting your job to study for the tests. You must think passing the exams is the magic ticket to a great job. Work experience is many times more important. I hope you know that.
Why not sign up for next year’s test? One year more or less isn’t that much of a difference in a twenty year perspective.
