Rate the difficulty of each section

Wanted to see how everyone felt on how hard each section of Level 2 was. 10 being very hard, 1 being very easy. I don’t mean rank order, so you can have every section as a 10 if you want. 10 Sections being Alt Inv Corp Fin Deriv Econ Equity Ethics FSA Fixed PM Quant

I think it will depend on the amount of experience/comfort you have with certain topics. If you’re a CPA, FSA will be cake, if you’re a bond/derivative trader, Fixed and Deriv will be a breeze, if you’re a fundamental equity analyst, Equity would be very managable, if you’re a math wiz that dreams in multiple regressions, quant will be easy. So you get my drift. I don’t think any of the topics are super difficult – if you have a college degree you should be able to handle the difficulty – so you can score each one of the topics between 5-8 depending on your background. The key to passing is having a deep understanding of the topics and ability to apply the concepts to item set questions.

Last year I thought that the most difficult sections were all of quant, pensions, and All-current v. Temporal .
