Confused as to how they are significant or not at the 0.01 level of significance ?
Neither is significant because the p-value in both cases is higher than 0.01.
You can also use the T-stat, but you will need the table in hand or memorize the critic T-stat for each significance level. For 0.01 level of significance, the critic T-stat must be around 2.5. As you see, none of the calculated t-stats above is higher than 2.5, so neither coefficient is statistically significant.
