I thought “TWS$ to Euro exchange as 32.8675-328800” meant Taiwanese dollar was being used as the base currency? i.e TW$:Euro 32.8675-328800 plz help clarify why its the other way round?
Base as in bottom? Bid would read 32.8675 Euros / 1 TW$
…which would make no sense of course. It must be 32,87TWD per EURO (currently it’s trading at 40,10)

From, TW$:Euro 32.8675-328800 it says that: Euro 32.8675 for 1 TW$
TWD/EUR reads Taiwan Dollar per Euro EUR:TWD reads Taiwan Dollar per Euro Per is synonymous with to.
thanks soddy, makes much more sense
Convert “:” to “In” So EUR:TWD is read as Euros IN Twd , i.e. Euro is the asset ( like corn , oil or T-Bonds) and Twd is the Currency

He is saying the same thing EURO in Taiwan Dollar=32.4555…
