64,350,064 is right the guy needs 100 million Swiss Francs, but can issue euro-denominated bonds, so you just calculate the notional amoun in euros that he needs 1.554 CHF/EUR is the current spot rate CHF100,000,000 / 1.554 = EUR64,350,064
