The question gives the monthly mortgage payment as $1,797.66. I am trying to replicate this calcualtion on the BA II Plus using the following PV=$200,000 i/y=.07/12=0.005833 n=15 x12 = 180 PMT=$1,116.99 I get a different monthly payment than what is given anyone see where I am going wrong? I got 1797.66 I/Y will be=0.005833*100 = 0.5 as an input (input should be in percentage) If you have already done this try using clear function and redoing the calucaltions
