Hi guys, I’m trying to help out a friend that is looking to invest in an apt complex in TX that he is near a contract on. Do you know fund raising groups or actual investors that would be interested in a deal like this that I can pass on? These are experienced real estate guys but their first deal since they went out on their own. Thanks
