Just thought this might be interesting. This is a downtown condo in Chicago that my Realtor sent me . "Remarks: This property was a foreclosure sale, Now just a GREAT OPPORTUNITY!! Hurry this won’t last! Originally sold for $543K on 3/8/06. " The building has been having trouble with many of condos being foreclosed so take the list price with a grain of salt. Any guesses on the list price?
