Did you at least get in there?
El macca haha that is a good quote but I think our industry attracts psychopaths or almost psychopaths as this article from hbr explains.

Lack of empathy, glibness, and focus on self interest is like my life motto. Like I actually would consider those good traits!
^no way - financiers are dinosaurs in this brave new world, akin to the noble coal miners of the past, and thus probably decent people. The new money and new psychopaths are the tech guys in silicon valley.
i hope you’re really really good at it. if not you’re in for lots of soul recycling.
Go with your wife. Try other ballroom dances as well. After your wife gets excited with the idea, you can thank me.
Break dancing.
Imagine the scene - this time next year at the Christmas party. Asian chick tries to slam you… You pull out some sick breakdance move and all the girls are slipping on the dance floor from all the juices…
Defo do break dancing! please do it!!
Sorry to hear that. That’s tough, but on the flip side I think females have it much worse in that regard, small victories I guess.
Do you like sports? Something like golf or tennis would be fun and open up new social groups, maybe join a gym (admittedly not the best way to meet women but at least you get health benefits out of it). Doesn’t matter what it is really as long as there are synergies (Enjoyable/Health/Not A Sausage Fest) since time is the limiting reagent here.
This year my goal is to complete a triathlon. Going from being a poor swimmer to a tri-average swimmer is going to be a really tall order.
You could also travel. It’s cheap from NYC, only requires a few days a year to really qualify as a hobby, and people tend to find those who travel interesting. You could also meet girls in your travels. Win win!
Been salsa dancing w her and it was a lot of fun despite my mixing my newly acquired salsa moves mixed with my muscle memory of boxing footwork. I hate dancing but may take you up on your idea of ballroom dancing.
^ I recommend Rumba.
writing product reviews!!! lol i’ll add that as well. im reading an article talking about the power of amazon giving rise to local small brands taking market share through the power of reviews. a revolutionary upheaval of the power of marketing with a better focus on the quality of products and fanboy enthusiasm. of course amazon may also sell out in the future, there are hints that they will allow big corp to pay for list ranking. anyways as a consumer i love the invention of amazon choice. truly value products on par with big discount stores like costco where you payless when you buymore!
now back to the topic. doing things that women do, i really have no idea since most my pulls are at the clerb. lol dance classes seem like a good idea. a great dancer is a good lay so if they are taking initiative to learn how to shake it like a polaroid picture. they will prolly be amazing. also women judge you on how you dance. how aggressive you are, if you can tell social cues. etc etc.
here you go bruh. i’m sure this will be loaded with chics
