Yep, glocap is terrible. I definitely recommend Robert Half though – been getting a decent number of interviews through them even in this tough market.
I love Huxley… some unexperienced consultant (just 3month in job) forwarded me to an 120,000€ (~$180,000) job, when I was still writing my bachelor thesis (at that time I was just 22) ;-)… I got two telephone interviews, but finally they took somebody with more experience… Really funny experience, what shifted my expectations for a while, pretty much hurting my job hunt
