It’s not bad, I just had a half a bottle and was doing pretty good…not too many side effects, except after like a minute or two you skin gets a little warm for like 10mins…they note that on the bottle

I started with the 12oz red bull today when I started to fall asleep over my DTLs sitting in bryant park in manhattan. It REALLY helped. Bought a 4 pack on the way home.
