Reference to candidacy in the CFA Program

When stating that somebody is a candidate in the CFA Program (for example in the CV) is it enough to write “CFA Program Level I candidate” or the year of the exam (2014) has to be added too (e.g. “2014 Level I CFA candidate”)?

I prefer the first expression but want to be sure it’s ok.

I’ve never seen anything to suggest that the former is insufficient. Just make sure that you’re really a candidate (i.e., that you’ve registered for the next exam).

Thank you a lot!

My pleasure.
