With only 19 days left, now i planned to just solve questions 90 percent of time and only reading while reviewing my mistakes. I will be using following: Concept checker CFI Texts Qbank Practice Exams 2008 and 2009 Mock 2008 and 2009 CFA Sample exams 2008 and 2009 I am afraid, i started it pretty late; anyways i will give it a try. Repeaters and all those who passed L2 - Is this ok or shd i continue to read?
I’m not a “repeater”, but your strategy and my strategy are pretty similar for the last few days. They’re not testing you on how well you read, they’re testing you on how well you can answer their questions. Hope that answers your query about the best way to spend your time.
I am not sure if you finish all of CFAI end of reading questions. They are pretty lengthy.
I’m repeating - seems like a sensible approach if time is limited. If you’re really limited I’d work back from the areas in which you were weakest last year and spend a disproportionate amount of time there - i.e. just skip these questions in the exams, otherwise it takes quite a while to work through the answers thoroughly.
I believe it’s the same process as non-repeaters. Review, doing questions, learn your mistakes, repeat and rinse. The advantage repeaters have is that they know better about what to expect in the actual exam. So you can be more selective on what types of question to practice on. Do watch out for changes in the fine prints, as they could easily be overlooked for a repeater.
