I have been working as an equity research associate for three years now and have an MBA + completed CFA exams. I am thinking of switching to corporate finance (investment banking). Would be interested to know from those of you who have made a similar switch how difficult you think this process is, what the transition is like, what you miss about your previous role and what you enjoy about the new one, etc. Thanks!
