^my buddy (RE) looked at the map and according to him there are some nice area not just ghettos

If I look at Ontario, CA, pretty much the right half of this tax preferred area is the ONT airport!!! :open_mouth:

I notice a lot of people in our NY and Chicago offices moving to Florida and Texas and working remotely. Usually its because their husband or wife has need to live there, but I suspect its mostly a tax and lifestyle driven event. This will really become a problem for high tax states.
