How much respect do you have for your supervisor and bosses? Do you trust your colleagues? I often see colleagues having some sort of superficial camaraderie (going for drinks, watching the game…etc) but is anything beneath the surface real? I was reading the “leaving a company” thread and it got me thinking - do people not trust their fellow colleagues to the point of not even telling them where they are going (for their new job) after handing in their resignation letter?
