in schweser practice V2, Q1, the third morning exam,

I have different opnion, why 2.7 million is not deducted from total investable asset as short term liquidity needs?

why 60K interest income is not included in TIA(total investable income, next year we don’t have such income?), why the commercial REIT is not included in TIA?
